A Turnstile Breach is the unauthorized passage through the turnstile. This occurs when an individual or individuals bypass the normal access control procedure and go through or over the Turnstile.

A Security Breach occurs when an individual bypasses the Security Desk and attempts to gain access to the Building without following the appropriate check-in procedures. This generally occurs as the result of non-malicious conduct and is remedied by a simple challenge of the individual by security. However, this action may also be the precursor to hostile activity.
