A phone call, letter, message, e-mail or other means of communication that states an Explosive Device has been placed in or near the Building.

A Bomb Threat can be general or specific:

General: A Bomb Threat that does not state the specific location inside or outside the Building, the number of bombs or the time of detonation.

Specific: A Bomb Threat that designates a Floor, Office Area, Specific Location and/or the time of detonation.
